Coconut Cream With Fruit
This easy dessert recipe is perfect for every occasion. Have it for breakfast, as a dessert or serve it for a crowd. It’s raw, paleo, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. And did we already mention that it’s so easy to make? Try it yourself!
You need:
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. of maple syrup, honey, agave nectar or the sweetener of your choice.
- ½ tsp Summer Day Naturals’ Ground Vanilla Bean
- ¼ tsp Summer Day Naturals’ Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- Grapes, green apple, almonds, dried bananas
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the milk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla bean powder. Beat until uniformly mixed till you have a cream.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in your refrigerator for at least 2 hours.*
- Serve and top with grapes, green apple, almonds, dried bananas
or fruits of your choice.
*The coconut cream will taste even better when you let it sit overnight.
