Coconut Cream With Fruit

This easy dessert recipe is perfect for every occasion. Have it for breakfast, as a dessert or serve it for a crowd. It’s raw, paleo, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. And did we already mention that it’s so easy to make? Try it yourself!

You need:


  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla bean powder. Beat until uniformly mixed till you have a cream.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in your refrigerator for at least 2 hours.*
  3. Serve and top with grapes, green apple, almonds, dried bananas
    or fruits of your choice.

*The coconut cream will taste even better when you let it sit overnight.
