Our pumpkin smoothie is just an amazing sweet treat that’s hearty, comforting and definitely satisfies even the biggest sweet tooth out there. It’s vegan and paleo.

You’ll get the creaminess from almond milk, sweetness from bananas and maple syrup, and it’s all brought together by our Ground Vanilla Bean, nuts, ginger and tahini.

The best smoothie for breakfast, as a snack or dessert! Here’s how you can make it:

Paleo Pumpkin Smoothie

You need:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoon Summer Day Naturals’ Ground Vanilla Bean
  • 2 small bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of a mix of raw cashews, almonds and hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)

Instructions:

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve topped with our Ground Vanilla Bean and crushed nuts.
  3. Enjoy!
