Making smoothies is a great way to get tons of vitamins and good nutrition. And sometimes they’re just the perfect dessert missing from the menu.
This smoothie is good for warm summer day or when craving for something rich and creamy.
- 1 cup of frozen (or fresh) strawberries
- 13 oz of full fat organic yoghurt
- 1/2 of overly ripe banana
- 1 tsp of Summer Day Naturals’ Ground Vanilla Bean
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy the creaminess of vanilla and the freshness of strawberries! 🙂
